Charles M. Schulz–Sonoma County Airport
Charles M. Schulz–Sonoma County Airport (STS) is the only airport that offers scheduled air service into the North Bay region. STS also offers daily non-stop flights to many western destinations as well as connecting flights across the continental U.S., Mexico and more. The airport is named in honor of the late Peanuts comic strip cartoonist, Charles Schulz, who lived with his family for many years in Sonoma County and made many positive contributions to the area.
Ticket Counter Hours:
Airport check-in counters are open for check-in 90 minutes prior to departure and will close 30 minutes before departure.
When to Arrive at the Airport
We recommend that guests arrive at the airport at least 90 minutes before their scheduled departure to ensure adequate time to check baggage and process through security screening.
Guests should be present for boarding at the gate 30 minutes before scheduled departure time. Guests who are not at the gate and ready to board at least 15 minutes before scheduled departure time may forfeit their seat and fare paid.
