We make every effort to ensure that passenger luggage arrives with them at their destination. In the event your checked bags do not arrive on your flight, reasonable efforts will be made to ensure that the bag is returned to you as soon as possible.

When checked baggage is delayed, an aha! Baggage Service Representative will compensate reasonable interim expenses to purchase items necessary for immediate use.
